At the end of this year, the Gallery of Canalejas will be inaugurated in Madrid, a spectacular and distinctive commercial and gastronomic space -located in a building of great historical-architectural value in the center- that is destined to become an essential visit in the capital. They will be more than 15,000 square meters, divided into three floors; the lower levels and first will be occupied by the most prestigious fashion firms in the world, while the lower floor will house the Food Hall, a space dedicated to haute cuisine, in which a completely new experience will be lived. Distributed over 4,000 square meters, the Food Hall will have a unique gourmet offer in the capital, where there will be an outstanding presence of Michelin-starred chefs. It will also host different proposals of national and international cuisine, avant-garde cuisine, restoration with traditional flavor, corners of high pastry, delicatessen, shopping areas for gourmet products, select coffees… The singularity and excellence of the Canalejas Gallery will place it as the largest project gastronomic in Europe for the next 20 years and an indispensable hotspot for gastronomy lovers and visitors seeking excellence.
