The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) is the body that represents the private sector of Travel and Tourism around the world, with more than 170 CEOs and presidents of the main travel and tourism companies from all geographies that cover all industries. WTTC works to raise awareness about Travel and Tourism as one of the largest economic sectors in the world, supporting one in 10 jobs (313 million) around the world and generating 10.4% of world GDP, with research on the economic impact of travel and tourism in 185 countries for more than 25 years.
