Democratizing Specialty Coffee

In this talk, Yassir explains to us the story of Syra and how they quickly managed to democratize good coffee in Spain. Syra Coffee was founded in 2015 by Yassir Rais on a small street in Gracia in 2015, and today it has become one of the largest specialty coffee roasters in Spain. Currently, with 42 cafes in 8 cities in Spain, they sell, prepare, and serve coffee roasted by them, controlling the entire value chain from the farm to the cup.
