Gluten-Free Dining: Towards a Safe and Inclusive Offer

This roundtable will address the FACE Gluten-Free Restaurant project – Gluten Free Restoration – an initiative that seeks to advise HORECA establishments on the implementation of safe gluten-free options for the celiac community. The project focuses on reviewing procedures, ingredients, and protocols to ensure the absence of cross-contact. In addition, it will feature the participation of a 100% gluten-free bakery, a member of the project, who will share their experience and notable growth with new openings. A space to reflect on how to move towards more inclusive and responsible dining.
