Alejandra Ansón

With a background in biology, she quickly made the leap into the world of gastronomy. After several entrepreneurial ventures, she collaborated on The Table by, alongside her current business partner Miguel Bonet, a pop-up restaurant that brought 13 signature restaurants to Madrid. In 2016, they launched Ansón+Bonet, a business consultancy specialized in hospitality that focuses on creating new concepts, defining business models and financial plans, and implementing turnkey restaurant solutions.
