I am an Industrial Engineer with experience in various sectors, including retail, aerospace, and telecommunications. In 2022, together with my partner Fernando, I founded Supernormal with a clear purpose: to build a system that prioritises the authentic flavour of food, respecting its seasonality and cultivating it sustainably. At Supernormal, we integrate production, preparation, and distribution to bring authentic, fresh, and delicious products to people.
