Industrial Organization Engineer (Bachelor’s + Double MSc) with a background in strategic consulting and operational roles within technology startups.
Currently, I am the Entrepreneurship Manager at the Basque Culinary Center, the leading University in gastronomic sciences and food technologies. In my day to day I support Foodtech startups (agritech, restaurantech, delivery, food sciences,etc.) through our incubator, acceleration program, R&D Center, and Venture Capital Fund.
