Antonio Lloréns

Antonio Lloréns is, above all, a waiter.
He is the Corporate Director of F&B at Rosa Group in Lanzarote.
Founder of PROSA, the National Association of Front-of-House Professionals.
Educated in Contemporary Humanities, with over a hundred specialized courses in Hospitality and Tourism, he has worked in cafés, prestigious restaurants, collective catering, and primarily in Hotel F&B management.
For the past twenty years, he has been a trainer in front-of-house service.
He has directed and coordinated the Master’s in Restaurant Management and Hotel F&B at Gastrouni.
He is a teaching collaborator at the University of Alicante, Miguel Hernández University, Florida University, and the Basque Culinary Center.
Author for the Vocento Editorial Group of “El Sitio de mi Recreo,” where he addresses the topic of front-of-house service with a professional, critical, and educational perspective.
Collaborator and volunteer with WCK.
He has been a finalist for Spain’s Best Hotel Maître award.
