Beatriz de Diego

Degree in Food Science and Technology and a Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of the Basque Country.
After 25 years of experience in food for collectivities, she heads the Nutrition and Sustainability Areas of Compass Group Spain. She has participated in food publications as well as in innovation projects. She is a speaker at conferences and seminars as well as in the media. She is a member of the group of experts of the Institute for Sustainability Leadership (ISL) of IESE, an entity that promotes the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the field of sustainability between the academic and business worlds.
