Started in the family’s various restaurants, working alongside top-level establishments. Joined the Kukuarri NH project with Martín Berasategui and Iñigo Lavado. From there, he moved to the R&D department of Grupo VIPS to merge gastronomy and profitability. Later, he joined Meliá, becoming director of F&B for the Spain region, while collaborating with Cascajares, Zalacaín, the Spanish Embassy in Morocco, and the academic sector, notably developing the F&B Master’s program at BCC in 2018 and studying at Harvard in Science & Cooking. A contributor to specialized media in the sector. Developed the first F&B management book-essay for FORST students with AI. Currently, he is the F&B director at Vincci Hoteles.
