Francesc Balagué

Francesc Balagué holds a PhD in Pedagogy from the University of Barcelona and has extensive experience in teaching, training, and educational innovation. For the past eight years, he has served as Academic Director at CIB·Culinary Institute of Barcelona, where he leads the implementation of new methodologies and learning experiences. His goal is to prepare students for future challenges by promoting creativity, innovation, and lateral skills in their education.
