Francisco Alía

Born into a livestock farming family in El Barraco, at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos. He grew up with his siblings, respecting their Malagueña goats and their environment. Faced with an uncertain future, they founded Quesos Elvira García in honor of their mother. Today, he leads the family business, producing more than twenty additive-free artisanal dairy products, recognized worldwide, while ensuring his goats live happily for many years.
