Giulia Caffiero

After classical studies at the archeology university, in 2012 I started working in a wine bar where I collaborated with one of the best Italian sommeliers who introduced me to the world of hospitality, in 2015 I moved in Milan where I worked for Marco Ambrosino ( Noma school) and then after 2 years I moved to a historic 2star michelin ( also in Milan) Aimo and Nadia. In 2019 I move to Copenhagen to the restaurant ” Geranium” where I still work and i’m the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
