University Graduate in Tourism, Post Graduate in F&B Management and Technical specialist in catering, I started my teaching activity in the Lezama group in the EH Taberna del Alabardero in Seville, to continue in the ESHT of the Casa de Campo in Madrid and in the Gambrinus – Heineken School in Madrid and Valencia as a trainer, to arrive at the Basque Culinary Center, as coordinator of the area of knowledge in Room and Service as well as a specialist in drinks and service techniques.
