At 27 years old, Javier Aranda became the youngest chef in the world to obtain a Michelin Star (La Cabra) to add a second star in 2016 for his Gaytán Restaurant, which he runs today and where he develops a different gastronomic experience, elaborated live, in the eyes of the diner, based on respect for the product, its roots and innovation, and currently being one of the internationally renowned restaurants.
