Javier Caballero

With over 24 years of experience in the industry, his restless and curious nature has made him a multidisciplinary bartender who never stops innovating in the best ways to create and teach how to make cocktails. He has developed various concepts focused on education, consulting, and product development.
His book Liquid Experience, Coctelería Evolutiva is now in its fourth edition.
His latest project, HiperEvolution Learning, is an educational methodology designed for the bar industry, focused on developing both technical skills and personal growth to create a new generation of bartenders.
In November 2023, he was recognized as Best Bartender in the World at the Shaker Awards in Mexico.
