Agricultural Engineer from UPM. Currently, Institutional Secretary General of Marcas de Restauración, the Business Association of Organized Catering. Previously, Director of Public Affairs at Evercom, and consultant at PwC. In the public administration sector, he has been Parliamentary Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food, and Environment; and to the Minister of Agriculture of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha. He is also a professor at the MCPC of the University of Navarra
