José Ignacio Sánchez Butragueño

Nacho has over 20 years of international executive experience with some of the most prominent companies in the tourism and leisure industry.

Before joining Braintrust, José Ignacio worked at Deloitte as a Senior Director for the Tourism and Leisure industries. He served as Global Vice President of Revenue Strategy at NH Hotel Group, held the position of Revenue Management Director at Parques Reunidos, and was Revenue Management Director for the EMEA region at Meliá Hotels International.

José Ignacio has also been a member of the advisory board for various companies, including The Leading Hotels of the World, Sercotel, and Selenta Hotel Group, as well as the U.S.-based pricing technology company Duetto.

Additionally, he is a professor in university master’s programs, such as the International MBA at IE Business School, Rey Juan Carlos University, and Politécnica University, where he shares his expertise in pricing and commercial strategy.
