I have collaborated with leading F&B brands like Casa Bacardi, Pernod Ricard, GEPP, and Leading Hotels of the World, sharing my expertise through conferences, consultations, guest shifts, tastings, and training worldwide. As a professor at culinary universities, I have taught cuisine, spirits, wine, and mixology. Named Mexico Ambassador of the Year in 2018 and 2019.
