I am passionate about the world of cocktails and spirits, especially agave. With over 15 years of solid experience in the hospitality industry as a Chef, Sommelier, Bartender, and entrepreneur, I have collaborated with prominent brands in the Food & Beverage industry such as Casa Bacardi, Pernod Ricard, GEPP, and Leading Hotels of the World. I have shared my knowledge through national and international conferences, consultations, guest shifts, tastings, and training sessions on both a national and international level.
I have also been a professor at culinary universities, teaching about cuisine, spirits, wine, and mixology. Mexico Ambassador of the Year in 2018 and 2019. Every day is a new adventure to continue growing and sharing my passion for the culture of fine drinking, cocktails, agave, and spirits.
