José Luis Nevado is a Spanish entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of Sipay, a company specializing in digital payments. He has driven Uinku Payments, Woonivers, and Sipos, expanding solutions in acquiring, tax-free, and point-of-sale systems. Previously, he spent over a decade in the construction and oil sectors. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona.
