Grupo Hirviendo is a Basque restaurant group that includes brands like PerretxiCo (pintxos taverns and Basque cuisine), la esCotilla (maritime tavern), and taberna Jose Mari in the Old Town of San Sebastián. They currently operate 9 venues. Additionally, they have a central kitchen in Burgos, MarmitaCo, which supplies the entire group, as well as produces fifth-range products for the Horeca channel. It has been recognized with several awards, including Best Pintxos and Tapas Bar in Spain.
