Juan Manuel Lema Rosas

Juan Manuel Lema, 39 years old with over 20 years dedicated to the hospitality industry, started working at a summer beach bar in Castelldefels while studying telecommunications. Since then, he has managed 30 establishments, including Tibu-Ron Group and Grupo Chalito. With the latter, he, along with his partners, transformed a family business into a successful venture focused on milanesa, expanding it to a dozen restaurants across Spain with consistent and ambitious growth.
