Manuel Hernández Conesa

Passionate about hospitality, I grew up in restaurants and learned the industry from the inside. In 2011, I co-founded La Boca Te Lía with passion and a clear vision. We started with a small location in Alcantarilla, and today we are established in Murcia and Jaén.
As Director of Operations, I implemented key processes and prioritized well-trained teams. Without higher education at first, I pursued training to strengthen our strategy. Now, as CEO, I drive the brand, enhance the customer experience, and continue growing, bringing people and cultures together through a shared passion for sándwiches.
