Marcos Granda

Marcos Granda has been involved in the hospitality industry since his youth and is the creator of six restaurants that have 7 Michelin stars. His culinary journey has taken him to work in prestigious restaurants such as El Bulli, where his “mind was opened”, and in renowned establishments in England, where he managed a wine list of 3,500 wines. In 2004, at just 27 years old and together with his wife, he founded the restaurant Skina, thanks to which he earned his first Michelin star.
