I am a dietitian specialized in quality and food safety, with extensive experience in developing projects aimed at improving food options for individuals with special dietary needs. Currently, I work at the Federation of Celiac Associations, where I lead the Gluten-Free Dining Project. This initiative aims to ensure safe and high-quality options for people with celiac disease, promoting a wider variety of alternatives to enjoy dining out confidently.

My goal is to help more establishments become inclusive and aware of the importance of food safety for this community.
