Natalia Morales

Natalia Ezquerro is a Franco-Mexican pastry chef trained in Paris under Pierre Hermé. At 23, she founded Le Macaron Boutique in Mexico, developing recipes, branding, and marketing strategies, achieving over 40 points of sale. Currently, she leads MYKA Greek Frozen Yogurt, creating the brand, recipes, and image. Perfectionist and creative, she speaks four languages and has lived in five countries, bringing a global perspective to her projects.
