Nino Kiltava

Nino Kiltava (Batumi, 1985) is the founder of Nunuka (2022) and co-founder of Persimmon’s (2023), and one of the leading promoters of Georgian gastronomy in Madrid. Thanks to her grandmother, she developed a deep love for cooking. She studied Diplomacy at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and has traveled to various countries such as Germany, Austria, and Italy, promoting Georgia alongside its embassies until settling in Madrid in 2017. Nunuka has been the first Georgian restaurant in Europe to be recommended by the Michelin Guide, and she plans to develop more concepts related to Georgian gastronomy and culture in the near future.
