Chef recognized with distinctions such as two Michelin Stars, two The Best Chef Awards knives or three Soles Repsol.
He runs the restaurants Papagena (Teatro Real de Madrid) and Erre (Cartagena de Indias); different in concept, but united by Mediterranean origins. It is also possible to enjoy his cuisine at Renfe and with Ramón Freixa Catering, at the Teatro Real, the Museo del Prado, Casa América, ABC Serrano or Castillo de Viñuelas, among other spaces.
In the summer of 2025 he will open a new restaurant in Madrid with a double concept in the same space: a traditional cuisine restaurant and an avant-garde cuisine restaurant.
