Nutritionist specialised in gastronomic sciences and sports nutrition with over 5 years of international experience working in the food industry at Unilever Netherlands. I have experience in R&D, Marketing and Digital Commerce as well as experience in academic research at the University of Copenhagen. Currently, I lead the strategic development of Gastronomy Open Ecosystem with which we seek to respond to the upcoming food challenges from gastronomy, working with companies and the public sector for a delicious, healthy and sustainable future. I am passionate about gastronomy and innovation, working with multidisciplinary and international teams.
