Sara Rebollo

Sara Rebollo is an architect from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and has 9 years of experience at Livit. Specialized in brand strategy, she has designed and developed concepts for the hospitality industry, adding significant value to brand identity and positioning. She is also part of the co-creation department at Livit, where she drives a new collaborative working methodology. Passionate about coffee, she is working on a personal project of specialty coffee roasting, exploring new ways to enhance the gastronomic experience.
