I began my career at La Cónsula hospitality school, training in haute cuisine. I worked as Head and Executive Chef in Andalusian restaurants, including Michelin-starred ones. I enhanced my expertise with master’s degrees in Food & Beverage Management and specialized in Revenue Management. After managing my own businesses, I became F&B Director at Boho Club, a boutique hotel in Marbella with 40 rooms and a focus on local ingredients. Under my leadership, we won the ‘Best Breakfast in Spain’ award, reinforcing our commitment to excellence
