I am Susana Aragón, Slow Food cook. I have managed the restaurant ONA nuit and CèNTRIC gastro, 2 Slow Food restaurants where I have cooked and defended local and seasonal products and their producers.

At the moment I am dedicated to gastronomic consulting and I am a teacher at the Barcelona Culinary Hub.
