Since 2019, I have been leading the Iberia business unit, overseeing all Lavazza operations in Spain and Portugal for the Modern Trade, Horeca, Office, and Vending channels. I have successfully positioned the brand in the top of mind of Spanish consumers and among the top 3 coffee manufacturers in the Spanish market in Retail channel, with consolidated revenue of €60M, achieving growth of more than 60% since 2022.
