Sustainability and care for the planet is not an issue that is up for debate. How to create a project based on helping people, how to apply the circular economy and how to manage food waste will be some of the topics to be discussed.

PEOPLE PRODUCT PLANET, presents an agenda with a 360º vision, focused on reconnecting the entire HORECA sector with sustainability, from the origin of the gastronomic product, its traceability as well as what concrete actions and strategies are being applied to minimize the social and environmental impact, improve the management and conservation of resources as well as its contribution to the construction of a planet in balance.
During this Summit, framed in a context of sustainability and under the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, various speakers from across the sector will analyze strategies and best practices, the impact generated by them and their potential for replicability as well as innovative cases that will set trends.
Sustainability at environmental and social level, sustainable management, as well as the application of measures to combat climate change and measures to advance the circular economy, will be the main axes where success stories will be presented that highlight the role of the hospitality industry to promote gender equality, decent work and economic growth, work for responsible production and consumption, and take action to reduce climate change.
