HIP 2019 becomes a gastronomic focus thanks to CookRoom. Every day new opportunities and challenges appear in the world of restoration: the fusion between the retail and catering world, spaces where gastronomy is mixed with art, culture or music, nonstop cuisine, proximity and healthy cuisine, streetdos and gourmet sandwiches, the sophistication of ethnic cuisine, the return to tradition and the cult of the product.
Manu Balanzino and Eva Hausmann will be in charge of directing the kitchen showroom where renowned chefs from around the country will test their skills to bring HIP the latest in haute cuisine, new foods and experimental techniques. Undoubtedly the meeting point for chefs where the professionals of the sector will be able to know the most differential products of the market and the best way and tools to treat them.
