revolucion en sala – Summit of Management in Dinning Room was created to respond to the growing market demand of new experienced professionals for current restoration models.
It aims to promote new trends and management systems of new dining experiences in the dinning room. This revolution tries to raise the voice of the entire human team that makes up this growing revolution that will mark the future of this new gastronomic era.
The topics that will be addressed in the Summit of Management in Dinning Room will revolve around all the processes and services that take place in the room. From the direction of the same to how a remarkable customer experience is achieved when experience and innovation come together. Leading experts in the sector will tell us about this new room revolution; Management of the Hall as an axis in the customer experience, innovative processes and services in the new room service, the construction of sustainable equipment and its challenges, in addition to a wide variety of issues that will mark a before and after in the world From the living room.
