I am having trouble starting the registration process
Once you access the registration page you need to select the type of pass you wish to purchase, as well as the number of visitors you wish to register. Once you have completed both fields you can continue with the HIP – Horeca Professional Expo visitor registration process by clicking on the “Continue” button.

 

 

I have a discount code, how do I register?
HIP – Horeca Professional Expo is a professional event that has the support of several associations and collaborating entities that can offer exclusive discounts to their associates. If you have a discount code, you can access the registration page and enter the code provided. Once you click on the “Apply Discount” button, the entry option to which the discount applies will be colored blue.

 

 

How do I know that I have registered successfully?
Once you have completed the registration process you will see a confirmation message on the screen. You will then receive an email from which you can download your pass in pdf format.

If you do not receive this email, please check your SPAM or JUNK EMAIL folder, as sometimes mail may be directed there. We recommend that you add our email address as a contact to receive future communications or important emails.

 

 

I would like to request an invoice
At the end of the purchase of your accreditation for HIP – Horeca Professional Expo the invoice will be generated automatically. You will be able to download it from the email you will receive after confirming the payment.

If you do not receive the invoice, please check your SPAM or JUNK EMAIL folder, as sometimes mail may be addressed there. We recommend that you add our email address as a contact in order to receive future communications or important emails correctly.

 

 

The registration page does not work
Some networks may block access to the platform. Try accessing the visitor registration page using a different browser, an incognito tab or from your mobile device connected to your mobile data provider.

If the problem persists, you can notify us of the error at [email protected] or try again after a few minutes.

 

 

Other problems related to the registration process
If you are experiencing other problems related to the HIP – Horeca Professional Expo registration process, you can write us an email to [email protected] detailing what are the problems you are experiencing.

Any additional information will help us troubleshoot the problem more easily (e.g. browser you are accessing the registration platform with, error messages, screenshots…).

 

 

I have already registered, what do I need to access the event?
The confirmation email you will receive includes the link to download the final pass in pdf format. You must print this pass in color. At the venue we will provide you with a lanyard and pass holder so that you can carry your badge visible at all times. Exhibitors may ask you to scan your pass with contactless technology to save your interest in their services and solutions.

 

 

Is the list of exhibitors available?
The list of exhibitors participating in HIP – Horeca Professional Expo will be available on the event’s website and APP 3 weeks before the event.

 

 

What services does the venue offer during HIP?
All visitors, exhibitors and speakers at HIP – Horeca Professional Expo have free cloakroom service.

The event has an App for visitors where you can find the list of exhibitors, the event agenda, the list of speakers and all the information about the event.

 

 

I am an exhibitor, I have some doubts about my participation.

I need to apply for a VISA
It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you need a VISA letter of support to attend the Tourism Innovation Summit, please apply through the registration system once you have completed your registration. Only with the purchase of a Gold or Platinum pass will you be able to receive your visa.

ESP: Please note that issuance of the invitation letter does not guarantee approval of your Visa application by the appropriate authorities. Visa processing and approval is subject to the decision of the respective consulate or embassy. In the event that your Visa application is not approved or you are unable to attend the event for any reason, the ticket purchase is non-refundable according to the general terms and conditions of sale. We will provide the requested invitation letter in accordance with your request, but we are not responsible for the results related to Visa approvals. You will receive the invitation letter enclosed in the registration confirmation email, upon your express request through the pass purchase form.
